Rental charges include: Electricity, Gas*, Water, Cable TV, Bed linen, Towels, Resort facilities and Cleaning.

We require a security deposit of £250 for each booking. The balance must be paid at least two calender months prior to the rental commencement date. The minimum stay is 2 nights, with a cleaning surcharge of $100 if less than 7 nights are booked. The booking is not valid until we confirm it directly with you.

Cancellation charges: In the event of you cancelling a booking, the following charges apply:
More than eight weeks prior to rental date.....................The deposit
Between 6 and 8 weeks prior to rental date..................50% of the rental costs
Between 4 and 6 weeks prior to rental date..................75% of the rental costs
Less than 4 weeks prior to rental date............................Full rental costs

Smoking: For the comfort and safety of our guests smoking is not allowed in our home.
The security deposit will be forfeited if guests ignore this condition of booking.

Damage: Will be subject of a full replacement charge, however it is caused.
