The Villa

Magic Villa Florida nestles in the beautiful Emerald Island gated community, a tropical paradise set amongst palm trees and wetlands. This executive villa, which has 5 BEDROOMS and 3 BATHROOMS was completed Jan 2003 and has been furnished to a very high standard. The house has recently been completely redecorated from top to bottom and is in pristine condition. SATELLITE TV, VCR and DVD in all rooms. Satellite channel selection is independent for each TV set - you can watch different channels in different rooms. The main room now has 47" FLAT SCREEN TV with 160 satellite channels, (including UK BARCLAYS PREMIERSHIP FOOTBALL AVAILABLE FREE). Full air conditioning with fans in every room.

The house has a master bedroom with en suite bathroom together with king-size bed. The second bedroom has a king-size bed, the third bedroom has a queen-size bed, the other two bedrooms have twin beds. The house comes complete with CRIB, CHILDS PLAYPEN, CHILDS STROLLER, and TOYS. Videos and DVDs are supplied for guest entertainment, and there is a COMPUTER WITH FREE INTERNET ACCESS. We even have CYCLES for the use of you and and your children. A POOL TABLE and TABLE FOOTBALL game are installed in the garage, and there is a beautiful heated and covered SWIMMING POOL.

We have installed a 24/7 Brinks home SECURITY SYSTEM with sensors fitted to all outside windows and doors. The house has motion sensors together withFIRE ALARMS all monitored by Brinks 24 hours a day.

Large, tastefully decorated and comfortable LOUNGE. 47" flatscreen TV with 160 sattelite channels, DVD player & good selection of DVDs. Fully equipped KITCHEN. This spacious luxury kitchen has just about every up to date facility you could want. If we haven't got it in here you probably don't need it! The living accommodation is truly home from home.

Above:The MASTER BEDROOM downstairs has a very comfortable king size bed, satellite TV, DVD and VCR. This large luxurious bedroom has an excellent ENSUITE with bath, shower, wc and a substantial walk in wardrobe. As with all the other bedrooms, you have the benefit of air conditioning and a fan.

Views of the POOL. The pool is 6' maximum depth, crystal clear, and heating is available as an optional extra at $25 a day. Plenty of deck chairs and loungers are provided, to take advantage of the south west facing aspect, which gives sun all day. The pool is covered with a lanai, which allows air to circulate freely, but keeps insects out. A BARBEQUE is also provided for guests use.
